exAtyeoMax Posted August 2, 2017 Posted August 2, 2017 Most employers apparently check your social media history at application stage, and there will still be clubs who don't care and will sign a complete numpty because of his football skills.
cidered abroad Posted August 2, 2017 Posted August 2, 2017 A fascinating, informative article which really does hammer home the fact that the players actual football skills are a much smaller part of the factors in a successful recruitment than many would realise. It is highly unlikely that even with the due diligence that club's are now taking, to get all incoming players to fit well. One does wonder if our "not so good" percentage is still too high? Matthews, Giefer, Tomlin, Engvall?
