So, living in Australia, I thought I'd give this a go and subscribe. On the face of it it looked great. My Dad's a season ticket holder so I could watch the games and call him on Sunday morning for some in-depth anaylsis. Like the good old days!!

We're two games into the season and I thought I'd review the service to-date!

Barnsley was first up and after a shaky start with a dodgy camera angle the service worked brilliantly. The picture was crystal clear and the crowd effects were in perfect sync with the action. I honestly couldn't have been happier with my $180 purchase. It was so good to call my Dad and pick the game apart. The only improvement I would have liked to have seen was a match clock on screen.

Roll on Birmingham. I logged in at five to midnight and settled in to watch City's first real test of the season.

Much to my surprise the clock that had been missing from the screen against Barnsley was in place for Brum.

The picture was pretty dam good, albeit a little grainy when compared to the Barnsley match.

As the game went on I started to pick up on little issues. Firstly, the feed cut out just as Birmingham scored the equaliser. Secondly, I noticed the crowd noises weren't quite in-sync with the action and finally the sound dropped out all together with about 15 to go.

A slightly less issue was the cameraman's constant shaking in the last quarter of the game. In fact, it was that bad you could even hear somebody tell him he was shaking!

Now, I'm aware that Brum use the EFL feed and City have gone it alone but I would have expected the EFL coverage to be better - but it wasn't.

I know we're only two games in but having watched over 180 minutes of streamed football I would say I'm very satisfied with the service so far. Is it worth $180? I guess only time will tell. If the service continues like it has started, I'm happy I signed up.

Used it for the first time yesterday and loved it. To be honest I'd put up with the odd freeze etc as it's just such a joy to be able to watch City as an exile!
