Portland Bill
5 hours ago, Red Exile said: For what it's worth...from the Millwall official site: "Harris...was pleased with an "excellent" performance in the West Country. "We knew had to be on the front foot and ready for the challenge from the beginning," he said. "I thought the performance today from my players was excellent. The team delivered the gameplan to stop Bristol City's strength of passing the ball between the lines. Ultimately, I've got a dressing room that's really proud of the performance, but disappointed they didn't get the three points. I thought we got stronger as the game went on. The subs made an impact, too. Barring a great save by the goalkeeper and hitting the woodwork, we'd be coming away with the three points...we managed the game very well today and were just missing that end product." Every Championship scout will by now have our game plan sussed, just as they did last season. It's now up to our coaching staff to come up with a variety of ways of playing. The big question is are they capable of doing this................. Quote Link to comment
havanatopia
On previous evidence Portland you know full well the answer to that one. However, I do hold out hope that when Taylor comes back he is somehow found a place because he seemed influential in our recovery in the last few games last season. Quote Link to comment
