Always regretted getting rid of a big pile of programmes from the 70's and 80's at a car boot sale a few years back.  Think i may have kept a few special ones somewhere in the attic though.

Football programmes , as a young lad in the 60's every time I attended I bought them now have about 600 plus gathering dust in the loft.

World Cups , Fa Cup finals England Internationals Spurs double winning season etc - I  foolishly thought these grow in value and secure a comfortable pension for my old age.

How wrong I was there just doesn't seem the interest today in collecting things .

Of course my entire  collection of Beatles singles  at the suggestion of Blue Peter was melted down in order to make ashtrays ,as if many 9 year olds smoked.
