Well, I don't hate him much these days. It's more like pity

Luke Freeman 9/2 to score at any time, worth a punt?

Having never scored more than a goal every 6 games at best in his career, it's not a great price.

Come on Fulham. Can't stand QPR . Even more so with skeletor in charge

Can't be arsed to rewind, but i think that our lovable slaphead may have sworn live on air... at least i heard them just apologise for something we may have heard by mistake

No offence intended to those City fans who are from north of the river, but i am so glad that I don't share the same accent as that muppet Holloway. i mean come on, he clearly has such a strong North Bristol accent, it's a total embarrassment. The South Bristol one is far more refined.

Some things don't change. Attacking free kick - Freeman to swing it into the box. He raises his left hand into the air to indicate to his team mates "I wouldn't bother expecting this to reach you - the first defender is going to head this clear". And he did.

Thought I was the only one! Saw on another topic someone saying that they missed his set pieces with pace. Couldn't believe what I was reading, but then again....COYR

I went to QPR one Tuesday night when they'd installed a plastic pitch. The ball bounced as high as a house. We lost 5-0, I think.

I went to plastic QPR on a Wednesday where the house bounced 5 ' and we lost whilst high .

I think .

Therefore I am .

Very fast paced enjoyable first half, both teams going for the 3 points but both teams looking a bit toothless up front.

Freeman playing like he did for us, looking dangerous with not much end product.

But according to your OP the game doesn't kick off for another 10 mins?!!

CLOSE!

QPR 0-1 Fulham

Luke Freeman bends the free-kick a yard wide of David Button's top corner.

Same old Luke!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Top corner..? He usually struggled to reach the goal!

I was at that game, must have been the early 80's, like you say the ball bounced higher than I've ever seen. QPR seriously had a home advantage in those days on that pitch!.

Says a lot when you watch a decent game like that and think that we wouldn't be troubled by either and that every player on that pitch would find it very difficult to get into our starting eleven.

Agree, but didn't think it was decent tbh. Exciting but serious lack of quality

Am I dreaming, or did the commentator say that Matt Smith is now a part time footballer, whilst also being a doctor??

Nearly right but they were talking about his dad who apparently was a decent footballer at a reasonable level as well as a practicing doctor. He chose his medical career as it offered better prospects.

Poor side QPR  , think they could be fighting against the drop.

I agree. I liked Luke Freeman when he played for us - especially in our promotion season when I thought that he was our player of the season but he was just ONE of our playmakers. For QPR he's THE playmaker and everything goes through him. IMO he's unlikely to be able to sustain that responsibility for the whole season. They'll struggle, I think.

Thanks Rudolph, I was reading this forum whilst half watching/ listening to the game.

:grr: last minute goals are doing my head in!! £150 for Fulham to win 2-0!!

Man Utd cost me £340 midweek by conceding in the last minute!!

Lots and lots of goals scored in the dying embers of a match.. It's a mugs game betting on a score. Back in the day I had a flutter on offsides... There were two seasons when the big betting names offered it and if you chose the right match, not so difficult with a bit of research, I won nearly every time. They closed that bet soon thereafter as I am sure they lost big time. Always look for the obscure bet hidden away... Usually are for a reason.

I think the offside betting was stopped because of the match fixing, it’s easy for someone to keep going offside for a fee because it doesn’t require any other players help.

As for scores, I shouldn’t really complain I’ve made a fair wack already this season.

Hindsight doesn't help but find a bookie that offers a 'cash out' option or join Betfair

Sky Bet offer cash out but last nights was cashing out at £125, so £25 difference for a game going into injury time. I did try to beat the system by cashing out as the goal went in but just wasn’t quick enough.

Don’t know what the cash out was like for the Man Utd game but again, it was a game that was into injury time when the goal went in & you (I) just hope that the game can go for another minute or two without another goal going in!!

And to prove it can happen the other way, I bet on Chelsea to beat Atletico 2-1 but at 1-1 with 10mins to go & Conte taking off his more attacking players & bringing on more defensive players I cashed out for about £20 only for Chelsea to score with the last kick of the game.

Hindsight is great but it can kick you in the balls in so many ways!!

Didn`t they stop bets on the time of the first throw in for the same reason - it was too easy for players to belt it into touch straight from the kick off.

Shame they stopped the offside bets, I'd be on my way to becoming a millionaire now thanks to Jonathan Kodjia.
