BournemouthRed
When Tinman is on the pitch, who is in charge of substitutions? Presumably you'd expect Tins to dictate substitutions even when he is playing but a player doesn't always get the best overall view of the game. Will Tinman trust Millen with substitutions when he's playing? So could Millen sub Tinman?! An assistant to a player-manager is a big job and Millen's role shouldn't be underestimated - while Barlow was pretty ineffective as Wilson's "yes-man", Millen should have a bigger impact. Wilksi
I think tin's has said before that when he is on the pitch playing that Millen will be in charge of everything else. Qute a lot to handle those two have had over the first couple of weeks, they have done well so far in my eyes so long may the reign continue.. Robbored
I can't see BT playing that much especially after Wilkshire gets back.Orr has been signed and there are already several midfielders to choose from in the squad.Docherty,Murray,Bell,G'fellow,Caskey(if he signs)Amankwaah(when fit),Fortune,Woodman even Miller has played as a midfielder. But if BT is playing he'll discuss with Millen at half-time potential substitutions so Millen will have some idea of what the manager is planning.
