Pep Warmed Up For Loan Deals?

It's pretty clear that Pep was pretty impressed with us last night and had a few words with LJ after the game,

Maybe our style and the 'will to play in the right way' could be an opportunity for us to tap into the odd development player(s) and/or 2nd/3rd team Man City fringe players on potential loan deals in the near future/end of January?

Just a thought...

I would certainly be asking Pep the question if there are any Man City squad players who need competitive football and may help us kick on for the 2nd half of the season (given our injuries), this could work out and give us another opportunity of reaching the promised land?

Thoughts?

I would of thought the club (MA & LJ) are already all over this, similarly they would of been asking the same questions of Man Utd & Watford (Stoke & Palace are unlikely to let anyone go due to their relegation battles). But I would of thought the club would of covered all possible Premier League options months ago.

After the successful way we looked after TA last season, clubs would of approached us as well but I’d have to hazard a guess that maybe the finances or clauses expected didn’t match our expectations plus on the whole, it looks like LJ has a set way that he wants to run things, if you consider that most of our recent permanent signings have had to learn our style of play for a few months before getting a proper run out in the first team, would a loan of a young prospect be feasible? Given that they won’t know our system & they won’t be here in the long term to benefit from all the coaching!

If I recall correctly, LJ has previously stated he's been to see Man City train and also had contact with them when he was Oldham manager.  He also spent time with Spurs and Poch.

I'm sure most managers and CEO's (MA) have lots on contacts / relationships throughout the leagues and there are probably very long queues for the best young players!
