Guest Heathy33
I've got a really good feeling about Brian as a manager. There's something about the his comments about playing in an attacking manner and blooding all the kids that makes me think he's going to be ok. I know we've not played any real quality yet, but it would make such a change to see really positive football again. As long as he can produce a defensive style for all those difficult away games against the better teams in the division. My one worry is that it'll be similar to a couple of other attacking minded young first time managers that come to mind. Chris Waddle at Burnley and john Barnes at Celtic both set out to prove the best form of defence is attack but after a few high scoring wins it all fell apart and ended in tears. The realistic side of me says i will come to regret saying this but its nice to feel positive again!

Robbored
It might come down to a simple choice. Lose 5-4 in an entertainly fantastic match or win 1-0 with a dour, ground out result. I know what I'd go for.

Its probably because for us, neither style has ever brought us success!
