Davefevs
Here’s the latest view of our three strikers, of which only one (Diedhiou) is really playing there: Both Weimann and Taylor’s Minute’s per Goal have got worse, but they still possess the better team goals ratio....although Fam has closed the gap a lot since I last did this. For me, we have not just gone unbeaten in 8, we have scored in 8 successive games. Too many blanks before.
Lrrr
For Weimann you could say his individuals goal ratio has decreased with playing on the wing, would be interesting his record to the point of his last game playing as a striker given his barren run before moving out wide. Unfortunately for Taylor he only features when we need two up top and his scoring record isn't good enough to be seen as an option for one up top. JoeAman08
3 strikers over 3000 minutes and 14 goals. Desperate need for another one that sheet shows. Cheers Dave

Cheers Dave With one up top, Diedhiou’s record is decent. What we need is a bit more from elsewhere. Pato in particular, usually gets a couple / few shooting opportunities, needs bit more output from him. Good to see Webster and Pisano join the list, and Hunt’s 4 assists is a bonus....as well as a confidence boost to him personally. O’Dowda 2 in 5, is hopefully a sign of improved contribution. Our Goals per game rate has increased a tad of late too.

A bit thin at CM but Morrell still here, Bakinson can return and Smith and Walsh due back though could take time to be fit. Guess what I am saying is if we only have money to improve two positions it would be a 9 & 10. Anything else would be a bonus. Also nice to see Diedhiou completing the 90 now. Not sure he has done that very often for us

And that’s what I would be telling Pato too!!! I do wonder if Piazon would work. Don’t think he is lazy. Usually used out wide but not pacy. Could see him in that role but not sure if we can loan another from Chelsea. I saw a young man play for Liverpool u23 last season and thought he looked tidy. Curtis Jones but not sure he is ready for champ football. Foden would be a dream. Don’t think he ever plays a championship game though. Marcus Edwards another 10 not getting minutes. Think ge had a spell at Norwich last season. Not sure how he did but a year older. Good thing for us is our defense is sorted. Lots of good young attackers in England. Much harder to trust an 18 year old defender. I am hoping we can find better fits this January than last.
JoeAman08
Also my dream addition is Alan Browne at Preston. What a player. Think they are quite structured but I can imagine him in that nore advanced and free role Pato has and giving us more.

Good age, good motor and scores goals. 7 last year and 8 already this year. Would be perfect for us. Not sure what they’d ask for him but would be my ideal target. @pnefcok I know we couldn’t afford him but any idea what you guys might ask for Alan Browne when the time comes? Apparently he is the owner's favourite player (supposedly was recommended him at a young age by a horse racing pal in Ireland) and he is on a long contract (2021) - https://www.pnefc.net/news/2018/july/alan-browne-agrees-new-preston-north-end-contract/ Goalscoring midfielders at this level who are 23 and also run like an animal all day pressing for the team don't come cheap either. All that considered, it will probably end up being more than Hugill money so possible £12-15m. He doesn't actually have an agent and represents himself, so there won't be any rush to leave or touting around.
