Guest loader_red
Its up there with one of my favourite games , we won on the night but lost over all , we worked our hearts out for that game and it was a credit to west country footy to see us do over a premership team even thou we lost on aggregate
Robbo1980
Yep, remember that game well, a Coca Cola League Cup tie. Oush Shaun Taylor bullet Header put us 2-1 up on the night but ended up losing 4-3 on Agg. Quality result though against the last Champions of the old First Division. Robbo1980
They were in the Prem, I meant the season before the premership was formed i.e 1991/92 Season

Guest WillsbridgeRed
Shaun Dych hit the bar in the final minute, Hasslebank got sent off for elbowing Tins - Oh yes that was one quality evening.
BournemouthRed
I remember! We lost 3-1 at Elland Road then went 1 down at AG to an early Hasselbaink goal. Looked all over until Goater (I think?) and Taylor put us 2-1 up after JFH had been sent off (also early on I think). We were chasing the third to take it to extra time but never quite made it. That must've been a fair few seasons ago now - 93/94?

Guest ATYES6
I remember n=being up at Elland Road for the first leg of that game.David Wetherall scored a header from a corner right infront of us near the end and we thought it was all over. They must have been shocked when we played them at the gate!! Another lasting memory from that is seing Gas head Martyn pluck one out from the top corner and holding onto it as he landed. Goater, they were the days............... gazareth
I think it was Rod Wallace who scored in the home leg at Ashton Gate? ← Nah it was definately Hasselbaink, he scored with a sweet right foot shot from about 12 yards, shortly before landing a corker of an elbow in Tins' mush

Guest Rob
Remember it very well. My dad took a leeds fan from work with us also and he was there all smug thinking they were going to walk all over us but we showed him and them that we could put up a fight. Saying that he did get the last laugh though as we went through.
