Just never thinks that the law applies to him, does he?

Who on earth thinks it is their brother’s responsibility to insure their car?

***.

Was it JB’s car, though?

Perhaps JB was driving his brother’s car and thought his brother had insured the car so that other drivers, including, JB were insured to drive it.

Perhaps JB’s brother’s car was just not insured.

Perhaps JB doesn’t have his own motor insurance (as he drives a company car), and just assumed he would be insured to drive his brother’s car.

So many possibilities, so without knowing the facts it would be difficult to judge.

On the basis JB ‘escaped’ with a £300 fine, I would be astonished if JB was driving his own car and claimed he thought his brother had insured it - unless his brother is an insurance broker.

Obviously factoring in that Accrington will raise their game for their cup final. There are young lads who came through their academy who have dreamed of playing in a fixture like this since they joined the club.

not these lads was it

Interesting conundrum today for Joey. The Stanley Manager describes himself as a friend of his, but he has only played and Managed around the lower leagues and is nearly 60 years old both of these things have riled him up with other Managers. So will he be dismissed as a "dinosaur" or a "P E Teacher"? I guess it depends on whether they come and play the right kind of football, and an acceptable formation.

He outthought the sainted one with his experience of the lower leagues as JB`s experience is at a much higher level and he finds it hard to adjust.

Or something.
