Thanks Rovers for the picture from a full house at a modern stadium against opponents of world class players live on TV.

A media own goal if ever there was one.?

This exactly. The gift that keeps giving. Even their official media can't disguise the rabid envy that dominates their persona. A club with absolutely nothing to offer Bristol. Truly the skid mark in Bristol's pants.

Fair play to them for knowing the name of a book, though.

Perhaps not the biggest surprise that it’s one to look at pictures in rather than actually read.

Only because the title of the book relates to their owner..

I also understand that Blacks have got another sale on, so I’m looking forward to them announcing their new “covered” section of the ground next week!

These two Gasheads sum it up pretty well to be fair.

Yes; they both have a point. The cheap jibes really are pathetic and tinpot and really underline just how desperate they are. The trouble is there's a lot of their fanbase with the same retarded mentality and rubbish like this is food for the morons. No respect. Until they stop this they will never grow as a club.

Hey, Slarti, you're better than that.

My comment had no reference to the earthquake disaster in Turkey and Syria.

It was a comparison to how crowds in Middle East countries carry their leaders, usually during elections or religious festivals. With hindsight, I should have made that clear.

I am sure you were just making an amusing comparison, and never suggested otherwise.

My post wasn’t directed at you.

Nothing wrong with us hating eacother,  long may it continue

Seriously? It’s just football, I think they are sad, deluded, often pathetic and pitiful and definitely worthy of our unfettered derision but I don’t have the energy to “hate” another group of people because they support a different football team…and the more they react to the differences between our two clubs the funnier I think they are.

I will have to admit, I have no idea what this is about? Am I missing some kind of pop culture reference/parody in this? As the great Alan Partridge would say 'That was just noise'

He seems to have done one of these for numerous clubs.

A very weird man.

CEO Tom Gorringe said: "It is disappointing to learn that a small majority of supporters are intent on attending fixtures without adhering to our ticketing policy and ground guidelines.

?

Does that mean they're all at it and he recognises their crowds are shite..?

Any chance that Tom will retract his "People's Club" statement now.....unless he meant particularly shady people looking to con their own club out of money.

When we are ridiculed by a fewer who should really look at the bigger picture.

The last 10 home total attendance figures for them and us:

Us : 198,699  Av. 19,869  Highest 25,713  Lowest 12,145

Them : 70,793. Av. 7,039. Highest 9,735. Lowest 864

Maybe the snorting arse should have looked up their huge cup attendance of 4769 before berating ours of 3x theirs against a side we play regularly and had 21k+ against in the league!

Pr1ck.

“Plenty of daytrippers ready to fill it”

Not sure what that’s supposed to mean as we’ve averaged around 20k the last two seasons and spent about a month in total in the top half of the Championship in those 2 years.

We’ve got the sort of loyal fans they can only dream of.
