Guest DANBOY_BCFC
After an email discussion in work I worked out I have been to 45 of the 92 grounds. Thats not as good as I'd hoped but mainly because we cant get out of this damn division and I've seen most of those grounds 2, 3 and 4 times each! How many have the rest of you done? Anyone done the 92?

Guest Andy C
I reckon that I have been to between 15-20. Not bad, but not as many as I would have liked. Most of these have been pretty rubbish ones (Stockport, Bury, Blackpool) such as been City's lowly status since I started watching them. Only been to a couple of games that haven't involved City: Ipswitch - West Ham Man U - Leeds Liverpool - Man U I went to watch Liverpool - Man U and paid £16 to sit in the Kop (about 4-5 years ago). The next week I went to watch Bury - City at Gigg Lane and spent the same amount to sit in the Away end

potbelly
What exactly is the `92` nowadays. With clubs getting new grounds, teams dropping in and out of the league how do you calculate it? A question for the stattos. From day 1 of the league season. How many grounds do you think it would be possible to visit during the course of one season? NickJ
Well I had an email exchange on this theme with a Hull fan-mate last season, so I can swiftly cut and paste the following: Liverpool (famous victory in FA cup, Tinman got the winner) Villa (several times in the old first div) Bolton (Burnden Park) Charlton (FA Cup defeat at Valley Parade) Southampton (won at the Dell to almost seal promo to old first div,1974; (narrowly missed out, but did it following season) Spurs (chased all round ground by Spurs fans, circa 1979) Everton Leicester (Filbert Street) Leeds (The big one. 1974, Leeds unbeaten in first 26 league games of season, Donnie Gillies knocked em out of FA Cup) Wolves (See Spurs, substitute "Wolves" for "Spurs") Norwich West Brom (several times) West Ham Palace Sheff Utd (play off final, we we were promoted in days when against teams in div above, so they were relegated. They wer'nt happy) Reading (The battle of Elm Park) Millwall (At "The then". Frightening) Cardiff (Ninian. See Millwall) Coventry (Another famous one. Last game of 76/77 season. If Sunderland lost, which they did, City and Coventry both needed draw. Our game was delayed by 15 mins to allow the travelling hordes in. Guess what the result was? Official BCFC following in excess of 15,000). Preston Notts F (Several times, including Littlewoods semi first leg; Drew 1-1, but very unlucky to lose at Ashton 1-0; Gary Parker) Rotherham Watford (Several times) Burnley (Last game of circa season 81/82; we had nowt to play for, but won to put Burnley in div 4.
