Guest Big Si Posted August 12, 2004 Posted August 12, 2004 What do you guys think of him as a target man well, target? not first choice at leicester, but came in an scored one last night, experienced at this level, and probably not too expensive. Si
Guest TinmansCulturedLeftPeg Posted August 12, 2004 Posted August 12, 2004 Isn't he more of an impact striker though who likes to turn with pace and power....?
Guest Rob Posted August 12, 2004 Posted August 12, 2004 Benjamin would be a very good acquisition i think. He was at Brighton on loan for a spell last season and he is the kind of bulky centre forward every team needs to get out of this division. However i stand by my feeling that Lee Miller should be given a chance of around 10 games and i think we will see a results change plus miller chipping in with some goals himself.
Guest nofx Posted August 12, 2004 Posted August 12, 2004 Benjamin would be a good signing but didnt Leicester sign him for 1 million? His wages would also be prohibitive in making this signing realistic. Plus having scored last night then he maybe a future regular for Leicester this season.

They can't afford this and want to get rid, just have the feeling that Chelsea have better fish to fry myself...........
wesco Posted August 12, 2004 Posted August 12, 2004 The lower standard version of Heskey and he wouldn't come to us after all he's playing first team football for leicester
