Can’t get Man City ticket even tho I have season ticket?

I’m a season ticket holder and I have just tried to get a ticket to the game but it says there’s seats available but it says this event is no longer on sale.

Have they shut the event as it’s sold out or have I missed priority sale?

It says on sale now on the website

Think you need to go through the right link then it ask you for your ID number. Someone here should be more helpful sorry.

You can buy a ticket now. You're just not guaranteed your own seat anymore.
