Laid back isn't always ideal for pushing on, if Afobe didn't get injured 6 weeks in when things were really starting to click who knows where the team and indeed Palmer might have gone. It's fine to be a fairly relaxed character, but if you keep yourself in shape, work hard for the team and give it your all - Pearson is likely going to approve (Wells).
