Really want to see him getting around the main squad before the end of the season, he has such a rounded game for a young lad.

I agree, but he’s unfortunately up against our strongest department of players.

I still think he brings something different, especially as @Percy Pigsays he has really filled out this season.

Atyeo's Love Child
Are SPH and Owers still at Yeovil? Last time I checked their team neither of them were in the match day squad.

A simple handshake (like Jimmy Greaves) will do. We're English so don't need all this hugging and kissing.

bcfc01
Millwall won earlier today so go top of the Southern section on GD over City (City have a game in hand).

Davefevs
Just regarding a question about whether Owers or SPH could play for the first team this season having been on loan in the National League, I see that Harvey Bunker (FGR) played for Scunthorpe on loan in the NL in Feb, has subsequently rejoined FGR and played for then last weekend. So I’m guessing they are eligible. 1

He shows real composure to walk that ball out of the penalty area, and that pass is pretty good too (a better defender would probably have dealt with it), but at least he had the vision to see where SPH would be looking to make his run. I think I would want more of those two things for him to make the step up.

I always thought his first touch let the ball get away from him, but he can pass it when required. A good foil for a more expressive CM partner. I think he could have an EFL career, but at what level I don’t know. Last summer he was ahead of many others, but a stomach tear during pre-season seemed to set him back.
