Gazred
Just remembered another one i played a fair bit. LMA Manager by the great Codemasters on the PS1 around 99/2000. Pretty good for a console based management sim.

Leveller
I can genuinely claim never to have played any sort of football computer game on any sort of electronic device. So there.

Street
Loved emlyn hughes on the spectrum. It allowed you to edit the players names, so the city team was correct. Bob Taylor would bag many a goal for me while playing my brother who was arsenal. Edited September 29, 2023 by Street

Would spend ages building up my stadium. Loved the huge amounts of different types of stands you could build. Great game

Believe it or not there are still people updating it on Facebook groups with databases of players from today.

My uncle glued it to a board. In use onto the table and when not in use, lent against my bedroom wall. Northern Red
There was one on the Megadrive called European Club Soccer. All the big names of the era were in it, and Rotherham United. Can only assume the developers were fans.

I’ll have a nose. There’s a SWOS community that not only update the game, they’ve also added multiplayer. Can’t fault the commitment, but trying to play that game with keys puts me off. richwwtk
Spent many hours as a kid playing the original Football Manager on the Spectrum, loved it! The Original writer of the game re-released it as an 'exact copy' for Android phones a couple of years ago. Got very excited about playing it again and it was rubbish

I was all set to believe it after the women had their faces scanned to enter the game, and after Gavin Marshall had confirmed that it was to be in the game in a future release as opposed to launch but now Ciaran d of one post has spoken, I’ve completely changed my mind.
Distortia
Big bump I know, but... I'm assuming this isn't happening? Kenilworth Road was recently added (far too late) but no sign of Ashton Gate.
