Shame hes been banned for betting now Oddly, only a suspended ban unlike Toney or Tonali (Tonali ban was handed down by the Italian Federation as the offences took place there and FIFA enforced globally). 2015
It was yesterday wasn't it? Shame we missed it by a day... not. In hindsight, we played well that day with 10 men from 1st minute. Swindon did have a good side and were also on fire at the time and to only lose 1-0 was testament to how resilient we were under Cotterill. The 3-0 return fixture was much needed for years of absolute crap results and performances against Swindon. Do miss these kind of games, better than the 'derbies' vs Cardiff and Swansea imo.

Never seen so many players so angry on a football pitch - as for cotts

Flint getting assaulted every time he went in their area by that neanderthal CB, then his little dig in the post match interview on Sky... Cotts reactions to the goals... The atmosphere... Oh what a night, mid November back in fourteen..

Randy Marsh II
OTIB really is pathetic. Why are we celebrating Swindon pipping us to the title? I was fuming that day, watching them lift that trophy was up there with Stoke and Hull. I was done with the season after that, nothing worse than having nothing to play for before Christmas. 1

Randy Marsh II
I was joking up there but genuinely not sure I've ever been so livid at a football match. The revenge was so ******* sweet. As was watching them fold at Wembley 10 mins into their play off final. Oh how we all laughed....

GrahamC
What was great was at the full time whistle seeing their tunnel covering bouncing about where it was very obvious even those players not on the pitch like JET & Karleigh Osborne were also fully involved in the altercation that was going on. Proper team spirit. Second highlight was the return game & the camera panning to Cotts when the third went in as he pumped his fist and was clearly saying “effing have that”. Great times. 2

BS15_RED
I’ve always hated Swindon, I got fed up with the local news being obsessed with them back in the 90’s, there was a kid at school who I hated who supported them randomly and was an utter *****! They think because they won the League Cup back in 1969 that they’re a big club! I didn’t go to that game back in 2014, but people I know who did told me about their antics on and off the pitch, and it made the return at AG and them bottling the play offs ever so satisfying. Just think, they’re so low now they’re shipping seven goals at home to non league teams in the FA Cup these days! 2
