Literally every City supporter was up for this fixture and it gave the team such a lift

Swindon just couldn't live with us over the night

We were moved from A to B block during that season due to restrictions and were on the end of the row nearest where Sky were broadcasting from in A block, Gary Johnson was as fired up as the rest of us that night

Cotts was manager

Thanks Dave , sorry phantom

oh that looks like a new stand going up behind    WITH PLANNING PERMISSION 👀

My bad, there's a huge hole between me thinking of what to type and what gets to my fingers

I have a feeling Lee was part of the Sky team as well?

That return fixture though 😤

Living in Tetbury as I do and being surrounded by my six fingers friends I remember this game a little differently to you I think.

Yes we won 3-0 and extracted the urine etc as you do, but christ we ourselves should of been 0-3 down before we even scored.

The good old days of the Dolman roof extension in front of us

Where was var when you needed it , terrible decision and very unsporting all game and after by Swindon players & staff , honestly think that brought the city fans players & staff closer together . Never seen so many players so angry on a football pitch - as for cotts 💣💥

One I can share.

Scott Murray was sent a few kind messages calling him kit boy and telling  him to pick the dirty jock straps off the floor.

JET sent a message back to the Swindon players, " I am going to make you eat those jock straps".

I’ve always hated Swindon, I got fed up with the local news being obsessed with them back in the 90’s, there was a kid at school who I hated who supported them randomly and was an utter *****! They think because they won the League Cup back in 1969 that they’re a big club!

I didn’t go to that game back in 2014, but people I know who did told me about their antics on and off the pitch, and it made the return at AG and them bottling the play offs ever so satisfying. Just think, they’re so low now they’re shipping seven goals at home to non league teams in the FA Cup these days!

Try being at school with a load of them. ******* indeed. Obsessed with comparing themselves to us and being 'bigger'.

In the 90s fair play to them they did well, but every average sized clubs have their moments. Their natural calling is and always has been League 1. Ever since they have thought they were big time.

Absolutely loved that 3-0 humbling. Sit back down you Swindle gobs*****
