Possession gets you so far, but they had possession and created some decent opportunities . Luckily they also fluffed most of those and the ones they didn't our keeper saved us, yes that keeper who isn't Championship level to some. 
TBH I thought we were 2nd best nearly everywhere, but , we restricted them to clearcut chances.
Today seemed like the opposite to what Manning is trying to do, also the opposite to what has gone on recently .
Huddersfield , Norwich , Southampton even Blackburn you could argue we deserved more. You could say that of Sunderland today, so while these things DON'T even out over a season , thank **** for that we probably deserved that for the points we dropped recently that we didn't deserve to.

Although we were under some serious pressure it didn’t feel like Vyner and Dickie were. It was mainly down the lines and they were forcing corners, Cam and George had a thorough bashing for 90 mins but we absorbed the pressure really well

I don't remember anyone saying Max is not a great shot-stopper, and when he's good he's very very good but as the well-known saying goes but when he's bad he's horrid, his weakness is his distribution how when you have the whole width of the pitch to aim at he puts it out so often is, well what can I say?
