Northern Red
I see the Villa team that beat Fleetwood contained promising youngsters such as Ross Barkley and Emi Buendia.

Bollocks isn’t it. Villa play in the Champions League and yet are able to deprive teams like Fleetwood a crack at Wembley and a trophy. Kick the U21’s out.

I don’t think those running it realise what little credibility the competition has. Put it back how it was, yes it wasn’t that glamorous but at least it had some integrity.

It gave me some of my best experiences ever following City, our win at the old Wembley against Bolton after the amazing comeback in the semi against Hereford, visiting the Millenium stadium when we beat Carlisle, and at the new Wembley stadium against Walsall, we are still the only team to have won it three times.
