Thought Tanner played him out of the game.
Also an odd random one, is it just me or was he not wearing yellow socks?! Looks like he had tights on and no socks. Surely thats not right?! Linnington shouldve given him a 2nd yellow! [laugh]. 😂

Not sure who irritated me more, him or James.

Both very prone to falling to the floor & Gnonto had the nerve to complain about his booking after taking out Jason Knight.

He was everywhere today. A stand out player for them for me. Wished we had something similar....

He was, but that’s because he was running away from George Tanner

I thought he played well with limited service - Max made a fantastic save but he couldn’t have done much more with the shot - great technique.

Last season he had a fully fit Bamford (who drops deep as a provider) and Gray providing cover - he’s much better than what we have unfortunately 🙁

Looked like blue strapping on the lower leg with white ankle socks to me.

But 💯 he was not wearing regulation socks.

James is exactly what Gary Neville used to call him 'a one trick pony' and I was disappointed when they withdrew him. Gnonto was mostly played out of the game, apart from the one shot well saved by Max. He wanted away, but nobody wanted him and it shows. As a winger give me Patrick Roberts every time.

Didn’t Everton offer £40M for him?

Or was that just a rumour, or even a different player…?
