Guest east_dundry_red
When i say sucsessful i mean as in have had the greatest amont of exposure. Id say it was our current sponser DAS! Ldv final. Play-offs and what ever else this season. Also now with city on games such as fifa 2004 then surley they have had the greatest exposure? Guest Dolman Moaner
Not so much in terms of exposure, but the sight of a certain Mr D Dziekanowski in the Dry Blackthorn shirt still makes the hairs on my neck stand up.
Guest Cider_Army
Not strictly speaking to do with this, but on holiday this summer, me and my brother were wearing our new city shirts with pride playing footy and everyone thought we supported a german team or even worse were German! Bring back blackthorn!
cider head
DAS have been good but what caught my attention was when we had BLACKTHORNE ON OUR SHIRTS :Party12: that makes a good quiz question can anyone name all our sponsors we have ever had? i remember it started from 1980ish.. just a few off the top of my head... HIRERITE PARK FURNISHERS BLACKTHORNE DAS THORNE SECURITY SANDERSON i also remember ALSAGE being on our reserve team shirts...
Guest Bow_Legged_Chicken
To be sponsered by Blackthorn again or any cider would be quality.

Guest cider gliders
We were sponsered by scheppes during our first division days, But not allowed to have the name on the shirts then, only on their tops!

Guest redrobin108
I would have to say that it would be our current sponsors. TV Courage is at a high. Last years trips to Cardiff, matchs against Carlisle and Cardiff shown live on Sky. Wigan match shown live on Sky. Bournmouth on Sky. Yep two acres is right, back in the eighties probably hirerite were the most successful, but in these days of live football coverage on TV and with games going to be shown live on ITV/BBC, it has to be our current sponsors.
