Robbored
Steve Landsdown in this weeks Green 'Un points out that access to the East End partly relies on the fans to use the are responsibly. He points out that a minority of "fans" at the C'field game did not. They attacked the segregation fence and were seen to be kicking and climbing the fence. They seemed more interested in baiting the away fans with offensive songs than supporting the team. He adds that it only needs some away fans to react in the wrong way and you have the potential for a serious problem. Quite right. So...if you are an East Ender then heed the chairmans words - or you will find the East End out of bounds for City fans indefinately.
Stoke_Gifford_Red
The way some of the 'fans' behaved was very bad, and if this were to continue on a frequent basis or away fans start doing I think we can have no compliants if we weren't allowed in the East End. NailseaRed
Why is it classes as 'very bad' though? There are 2 huge fences in the way! I'd love to see someone get across to the other fans, it is physically impossible!
Claverham_Red
thats the problem on having it pay on the day some 'fans' would go in there just to cause trouble. it is not fair on the fans who want to go there and create a decent atomsphere. if people really want to go in there they should buy their tickets before the day, this way most trouble makers would not be there. this would only work if the club made it not pay on the day
