Guest WillsbridgeRed
The Daily Hate (mail) Shocking coverage of any football outside the Prem or London The Sun - I think they give good coverage of all nationwide teams
Guest edh
The Financial Times actually runs surprisingly good football coverage; and is often sharper on the key issues troubling the game than many of the other daily papers with entire sections devoted to soft-focus Hello!-style reporting of the stars. Guest Neo
Never read the Evening Post; used to get it delivered, but found it very poor apart from the day immediately after a match. Will buy the GreenUn occasionally more for the letters, fanz view and the Inside Bristol City bit than the match report. I get all my other footy news from the Sun and the "briefs" page on CEEFAX; and City wise from this forum as I don't even bother with the breaking wind news on the main site anymore. Guest bcfccider
I cannot remember the name of the paper but it is totally dedicated to football - Football Sport?? This is pretty comprehensive, and is available from Sainsbury's Ashton Gate on a Sunday!
Guest lydneyred
The Sun normally (on line as its easier to sit at my desk reading it and then no one notices!), Can't get the Evil post over here, we can get the WDP so we sometimes read that. 'Sport First' on a Sunday is good for coverage of the lower divisions and occasionally has some excellent articles about Bristol City, written by one of their top fans.... ahem. This is pretty comprehensive, and is available from Sainsbury's Ashton Gate on a Sunday! Sport First, and its the only paper which covers all divisions down to the Conferance, and a report and stats too, read the Forum views first, then read Sport First, and the Times has a limited coverage of Div 2 & 3 in it too, this week City had both Blinder of the Match Matty Hill, and Stinker of the Match-Aaron, nuff said really
Guest rose
Evil Post on Friday evening, WDP on Saturdays, Times on Sundays. Don't get chance during the week to read papers - rely on the BCFC & forum websites during the week.

cider head
don't read no papers for footie anymore as the internet gets there first these days with the news, as stuff on citys website appears first and the next day you read the same story in the evening post. Cornelius
Good God! Am I the only Guardian reader on the site? Their coverage of City isn't up to much, but then I don't read it for that. I find looking at the back page of the EP in the newsagents and buying it if something noteworthy's happened normally covers it!
