Guest uncle john
Couldn't make Colchester. How many were in? More to the point, did it make the difference to get us the win, or would we have won anyway (a few seasons ago we beat Colchester 1-0 in a dire night match with a goal from Thorpe with no atmosphere)

Guest december 1963
couldn't go last night so had to listen on the radio. The Eastenders sounded REALLY loud. Two home matches, two wins, 5 goals scored, none conceded - to me that is an experiment that is working. Well done to all those who went in the east end and even more well done again to the organsiers - you wanted something badly and you're making the club listen. They will listen because wins are what its all about - Eastenders power is helping the side win.
