If city were to be in the east end which i think most people want .

Where shall we stick the away fans !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think in the family enclosure

What you guys think ?

Not the family enclosure because we would have to give them the whole of the dolman because its too close. Why not have away fans in the far of the east end corner near to the williams and have 1500 odd city fans in there , when qpr and plymouth come this season i think we should give them an allocation of 1500 so city fans can go in the east end and create an atmosphere!

I beleive we have to make available a minimum of 2500 tickets to away fans but i agree that with the bigger games - we should limit the number of away fans to the minimum if possible.

As for moving the away fans, i dont feel that it is worth it, okay, we could push them further into the corner of the Eastend - but lets get the eastend back first before we start planning where to put the away fans!

Limiting the away fans ONLY makes sense if we can sell all of the rest of the tickets. Against Sheff Weds for example, to limit the away fans would have lost us 1,000 minimum on the attendance, this is ridiculous.

Can we sell out every seat? We all know it can be done (Plymouth last year anyone?) but, with an attendance below 11,000 after 6 straight league wins I should be very surprised if we can this year.

Well i knew it was supposed to be around 1,800 to 2,700 wasnt overly sure.

In regards to Lukes comment, i see what you are saying and i was basing my facts on it being a sell-out like last seasons fixture where the eastend was opened for city fans.

Well I don't see why they can't have the corner of the East End and the blocks in the Williams that are already closed off. It's not like those blocks are used so you don't have the problem of season ticket holders not wanting to move. And it means that we should then be able to move to the block right behind the goal in the East End.

I dont know why nobody has suggested that the away fans go in the three blocks in the east end (blocks f, g and h) closest to the dolman. This way we can sell all the tickets in the Williams stand and a couple of blocks in the corner of the east end (blocks a, b, c and d), with a segregation of stewards / fence behind the goal (block e).

Yeah thats a good point put them in the eastend where we sat. I don't see why we need a block and two fences to keep us apart. A number of clubs just have few seats. The only problem is what happens when teams like Sheff Wed and Brighton come to town, they could almost fill the east end on their own

Only one place; from corner of East End to 1/4 of the way up Williams side.  That way they can still use same entrance as now.(see poll)
My thoughts exactly......wouldnt even inconvenience people, as that side of the ground is usually empty.

We'll never have the EE against sides like QPR and plymuff, both clubs bring 2000 plus fans to us, and obviously there is the element of trouble if both sets of fans will be in the EE together.

Say we do get to Div 1 we will play bigger sides who will bring more fans, it just isnt going to happen.

I agree that we should shove the away fans in the corner of the EE and allow a bit of the williams.

I think it may help City if away fans could be accommodated in designated blocks of the Williams Stand. Think about it, travelling fans tend to be more vocal and enthusiastic, so they would create an atmosphere in there. Couple that to the efforts of the East End and Atyeo and we could actually have a Gate reverberating to the atmosphere created by both sets of fans.

I would love to be back in the east end, but I do not think it is a long term plan.

When the likes of Brighton, QPR and Plymouth are at the gate, the east end will be for away fans only.
