richieb
Sitting in the Williams, I am amazed that some adults wear Chelsea & Maure shirts to the Gate. The guys I usually see are wearing polo shirts with crest on.But some parents also bring their kids with Chelsea, Manure etc. Is it the team popularity or is the kit better ?Andy , my 17yr old was sat next to me and he "supports" Chelski too...........but he was down the gate with a city shirt on and he knows who he "really supports"( or he does if he wants a lift home). Two of my Daughters have moved to Liverpool & the Scouse 'in laws' have got them going to Anfield. But it's a case of living there & loving their footy. But they have said that comparing the Anfield experience & the Gate experience is strange. Guest Frank
Funny that.there is a moany woman sits just behind us who wears a Manure hat.As for the kit....well i've got last years and i reckon its ok but this years effort...... This year's kit is absolute rubbish. I don't care if it's TFG, Nike, Puma, Dolce and Gabbana, Prada or whatever, but there is no excuse for poor quality. The shirt is so thin it's see through, the waffley material snags on everything and the BTC logo doesn't stick to it properly.I accept it was rushed out after the 1st one caused uproar, but any commercial manager worth his salt should have rejected it out of hand as substandard. You could get a better quality shirt buying a kit through Prostar.
