Worst Performance

Now we have had the worst City Player how about the worst performance ever by a City player.

My nomination would be Aaron Brown's debut on the wing when he clearly didn't know what to do or where he was. The crowd had to shout at him to get him to run after the ball!! (Mind you he had shorter periods of similiar behaviour in every match he played.)

Thankfully for him and for us he was taken off at half time.

Steve jones version 1, v notts county (the 4-4 away) he got the then record low rating of 3/10 in the post and was taken off at half time

Ray Attavelds debut, I think it was against southend end & he scored an own goal.

Steve Jones debut against Millwall, he was visibly over weight & looked very unfit.

I have little/no memory longer than 2 weeks when it comes to matches, but one that really springs to mind is Dave Partridge against Port Vale. Absolutely awful.

I am much the same re the memory, although, as noted previously, Dryden v Shrewsbury away in 1995 sticks out as fairly poor and Clayton Fortune v Luton this year was similarly tragic.

Sean Dyche at home to West Brom in the relegation season?

A very sad thing to happen to such a hard-working and dedicated player.

Sean Dyche at home to York the season before I think. He scored an own goal and was pretty useless!!
