Guest BCFC.Ady65
Is there any chance of getting tins back to play on the left hand side again, somebody who can actually cross a ball and pick out players when passing, ok he didnt turn out to be the manager everyone hoped he could be, but if he is training at cheltenham and playing for their reserves then surely he could come back do still do a bloody good job in a playing capacity. Guest dolman_bcfc
I don't think Tins best position was wide left. He is an out and out centre midfielder who likes to spread play to either flanks.

Surely we should start a 'bring back tinman' campaign, before the season is to far gone and there is no way of even thinking of the playoffs
Keepers Ball
I'd be happy to see him back as a player albeit central

He is an out and out centre midfielder who likes to spread play to either flanks.I wouldn't say he was an "out and out central midfielder" seeing as he played on the left flank his entire life until 5 yrs ago, but I agree he played his best football when converted into the central midfield.. if we'd of switched him into a central midfielder from the start of his time here then we'd of been much more successful! And you don't think this may upset the dressing room an undermine Johno's authority that Tins never managed to establish...
BCFC_Dan
And you don't think this may upset the dressing room an undermine Johno's authority that Tins never managed to establish...If he couldn't establish his own I can't see him managing to undermine Johnson's! It would be an intolerable position for him in the dressing room though. I think it is best if he finds another club and does well there.I'd love to see him up Forest Green but I think he might still be a bit too good!
