freezer
Hit the Caps Lock button baby. But valid point, we could probably do with PH at the moment. Then again Paul Cheesley or anyone decent up front would do.It's maybe not right bringing players back sometimes but, would Lita help now, I think so. Guest samj100
i don't understand why last season we bought the top goal scorer in the division and yet tinion did not play him, then we let him go.Although i wasn't too bothered when lita left, again we let go a goal scorer. Will GJ be adressing that problem? We do need a CM player that can takle though the likes of cotrill is frankly, a wimp when it comes to takling scot brown seems to be the only one commited in challeges. Taz
League One Top ScorersWith Paul Heffernan not even on this list (lowest goals scored is 7) have we really lost out that much?Incidentally the man that was left on the bench today - Wayne Allison - is on there. Atticus
well since Heffernan has scored more then our mesmorizing strike force this season, Id say we have lost out just a little a t least.
Taz
Well Brooker (our top scorer) has scored 5, whilst Heffernan has 6. Although there is only 1 goal difference, I would still like to have seen what Heff could have done with an extended run in the team though.Where he is concerned though, I just think that it was a case of the wrong time and place for him. He came here and started out as our first choice striker (top scorer the previous season). He was unfortunate that he arrived in the season that Lita established himself, and that Brooker had also arrived.Unfortunately for us, PH was sold in the summer as he required first team football, and with Lita here it wasn't going to be easy for him to get that. Sods law that LL is then sold a few weeks later!!
cidercity1987
Why do people feel the need to constantly refer to ex players who are doing well at the moment? What's the point? It's over, they've been sold, so look forward and not back
