Frank Reynolds
you asked a stupid question....How is asking whether Dave Partride, our left footed defender who if I remember rightly had played at left-back for Motherwell, should be given a run at left-back leaving Joseph and Heywood for the centre-back positions, a stupid question?Idiot.United left-back David Partridge will get every piece of encouragement to find himself another club, and that could include allowing him to go on a free. From the Dundee United website. He couldn't dislodge Hasney Aljofree from the left-back position, so was allowed to leave. Aljofree is now a Championship player before anybody starts. Evy11_BCFC
Plays there for Wales dosen't he, and he has played well for his country in recent times so i would agree to put him at left back, considering i would prefer Joseph and heywood as centre backs. Probably better as Youga as well
gazareth
I don't think he's anywhere near quick or mobile enough to play left-back.
Frank Reynolds
I don't think he's anywhere near quick or mobile enough to play left-back.Thats what I initially thought, but then that led me to think that maybe a more solid left-back, who won't attack as much, and is therefore less likely to get exposed might allow Golbourne to play on the left-wing. That way if he makes a mistake, we won't have two players out of position.Possibly.
