Guest I H8 THE GAS Posted January 26, 2006 Posted January 26, 2006 Now that Leroy Rosinior has left Torquay, who thinks he would be a better assistant manager than Kieth Millen. Lets face it he stands on the touch line with his arms folded the whole game and offers nothing. Millen should have left with Tinnion as he was his appointment and partly his fault for his leaving. Rosinior had a brief spell as assistant manager at City before and i think him and Johnson could work well together. What do you think?

Guest The Codfather 0312 Posted January 26, 2006 Posted January 26, 2006 This is a really good shout but Would Leroy be a assistant after being the top man?
Guest redtillimdead Posted January 26, 2006 Posted January 26, 2006 This is a really good shout but Would Leroy be a assistant after being the top man?Thats a good call; I'm sure he could find a top job somewhere!!
Nibor Posted January 26, 2006 Posted January 26, 2006 If Johnson was unhappy with Millen, would he still be here? What makes you think Leroy wants to come back to BCFC and be an assistant? He could most likely get another league one/league two job since he's had some success at the smallest club in the league.Nibor
Guest mercury Posted January 26, 2006 Posted January 26, 2006 Millen and Johnson were mates before Johnson was manager, he wouldn't get rid of one of mates would he.

England Posted January 26, 2006 Posted January 26, 2006 The club is in enough trouble without bringing back a loser with a big chip on his shoulder
Guest redtillimdead Posted January 26, 2006 Posted January 26, 2006 The club is in enough trouble without bringing back a loser with a big chip on his shoulderoooooooooo
BB. Posted January 26, 2006 Posted January 26, 2006 I would like Rosinior as assistant manager if he wanted to come back. I think he could be a good manager for us one day.
Chappers Posted January 26, 2006 Posted January 26, 2006 The club is in enough trouble without bringing back a loser with a big chip on his shoulderHe was a very well respected coach here, got Torquay promoted with a pretty ordinary squad, and then they only narrowly got relegated. That hardly smacks of 'A loser'. Read Gary Nelsons 'Left Foot in the Grave', and then you will understand just what he achieved against all odds. Oh, and he has never managed a team that lost 9 in a row!!!! (Sorry, not meant to be a dig at GJ, just making a point!) And where did you get that carp about a chip on his shoulder???? I have always thought him to be intelligent, articulate, dignified and honest, and he is still highly respected by Torquay fans.I hope he soon finds another job in football, and if GJ leaves, I would certainly welcome him back the The Gate as Manager.
