Guest mtraveller Posted February 5, 2006 Posted February 5, 2006 andrew from luton only 19 not played much pro football might be a good prospect and also might become a real star in the future. but i feel it is a waste of a loan signing when we have a real prospect in our reserve side ELLIOT BENYON. he has scored goals at youth and reserve level why not give him a chance. use the loan system to bring in more proven players.

I can't claim to ahve seen him play myself though from all reports he's a good runner - what GJ is after. The sad fact is that I think Andrew played yesterday purely because of his height, marcus the the better footballer but GJ insisits on playing two big men up front and two holding men in midfield rather than play the two best 'footballers' at the the club Stewart and Wilkshire. In the build up he said 'one for the football lovers' - I think not ...Sam
