Guest g_funk Posted February 15, 2004 Posted February 15, 2004 I'm interested to hear whether he did or not? i am not a big Aaron fan as you may have noticed in my previous posts, did he play well or just inconsistant again??? as there where no highlights 2day id like to hear whether people who went to the match opinions,
Swindon Hater Posted February 15, 2004 Posted February 15, 2004 Rubbish, should have came off for M Brown so Goodfellow could have gone out to the left, Aaron got alot of stick yesterday (from me included) but to be fair to him he came back with a decent cross for our goal.
bobby Posted February 15, 2004 Posted February 15, 2004 Sounds like a typical Aaron performance - does nothing for most the game then puts in a decent cross or scores a goal. I guess that's why he's in the team most the time, despite the frustration caused to us fans (and probably the management)
Robbored Posted February 15, 2004 Posted February 15, 2004 After last weeks MoM award it seems he's back to his usual level of inconsistancy. We won't see another decent performance from untill Sheffield Wedsnesday with his record of one good game in four.
Guest N1 Jim Posted February 15, 2004 Posted February 15, 2004 He was rubbish at the start of the 2nd half. Looked scared to get the ball and was well off the pace but then put the cross in 4 the goal and improved a bit.
arpaul Posted February 15, 2004 Posted February 15, 2004 Not one of his better games, although it was an outstanding cross to set up the winner.. Surely encouragement instead of stick would've been better. He wasn't the only one to have a poor game. Goodfellow,Wilkshire and Tinnion were all poor in midfield, and the latter should think himself very fortunate not to be substituted. Poor performance against poor opposition, Defence outstanding-especially Carey and Philips.
