Quality Not Quantity

Real Madrid claim on their website that they only have 20 in their first team squad. With 5 subs that means only 4 first teamers would not be picked each week.

So, should City reduce our first team squad to 20 quality players and utilise loans and the academy for those times when we have extensive injuries? If not, why should we be following a different approach to the most succesful football club in the world?

My suggestion is we let the older players and those who don't make the grade leave over the next couple of seasons, and replace them with less but better players. Then hey presto, Bristol City are the next Real
