midland red
i have contacted the "Society of Headgear In The South" and they assure me that the wearing of balaclavas between the months of November and March is not illegal due to the inclement weather conditions. However, and take note yellow subbers, if you are caught wearing said headgear in the summery month of July at 11.30p.m. outside the local nurses home, you will probably be arrested and rightly so. I hope this has cleared up a few problems that has arisen recently on the forum. yours midland red. p.s. our lawyers are watching.
