Port Said Red
A lot of the time's when people are critical of the team the subject of dropping points to teams we should beat come's up. But to balance this out I thought I would look at the games where we gained points, which by the same token we probably didn't expect them. I realise that the following figures I have picked out are subjective, but I have tried to be as balanced as possible factoring in things like the form of the teams at the time and their respective home records etc. Anyway once I totalled this up I found that the old adage "these things balance out by the end of the season" seems to be true in this case. I suppose the teams that get promoted are the one's that can get the "point's gained" total higher than the "point's lost" one. I would think that the QPR totals are very much in the negative at the moment. Points lost Got Should have Peterborough H 1 3 Port Vale H 0 1 Wycombe H 1 3 Chesterfield A 1 3 Sheff Wed A 0 1 Stockport A 0 3 Wycombe A 0 3 Totals 3 17 Total lost 14 Got Should have Points Gained Wrexham H 3 1 Brentford A 3 1 Brighton A 3 0 Hartlepool A 3 0 Plymouth A 3 0 QPR A 1 0 Totals 16 2 Total gained 14 Pretty weird huh! Edit. Sorry this was a nice neat table until I posted it I hope you can read it OK
