Tristan is one of the most exciting prospects to have come out of city academy for a long time. He is much exciting then Liam Rosenior and Dave Cotterill when they were in the youth academy.

I am just hoping that it is a done deal so no other big premiership teams nab him in the last minute like Scott Sinclair at Rovers to Chelsea

Need to get that boy locked down...

Then, if he is not quite ready - get him out on loan.

I suspect that the only reason we're not seeing him involved in the first team is that he isn't under contract yet and we don't want to call attention to him.

I've seen him a couple of times and he's further along in his development than Myrie Williams and simply a better footballer all round.

I still stand by the fact that Lansdown practically forced Myrie-Williams in the team so he could be put in the shop window.

Hes a raw talent, a bit like Cotterill. Club are hoping for a big bid and we won't miss him that much if he goes.

It has been well known for ages that Plummer is faster, more physical and generally a better player then JMW.

I expect TP to be in the first team in February. The contact is a done deal, as Nibor said.

Ive heard a lot of good thngs said about this lad. Does anyone have his youth team goal stats?

Not sure if these are bang up to date, the the official site says he's played 11 (3 subs) and scored 5.

Just to note....Josh Klein-Davis, another striker in the youth team has played 14 (1 sub) and scored 10 goals....yet his name never gets a mention.

I like the look of this lad, I've mentioned his name a few times.

A proper goal scorer IMO.

I think 10 in 14 speaks volumes..... especially when the opposition includes Chelsea, Arsenal, Spurs, Villa and several other Premiership youth teams.

Just searched his name in google, and the top hit was this from the forum http://www.otib.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=39845 seems his name was being mentioned among cotterill and williams, but apparently he was only 15 at the time, so maybe hes not being mentioned because he's still someway from being able to sign a pro contract, and we don't want to show him off to all the big clubs, when he can still go for next to nothing, like were doing with plummer?

He has also played in two reserve games and scored one goal...increasing his tally to 11 goals from 16 games.

Josh Klien Davies is a year older than Plummer 5ft11in and probably 13to 14 stone a good ols fashoined centre forward

He looks good. He must be 17 going on 18 then, is that correct?

Yes if you look in the programme on match days it has the date of Births of all the year one and two Schollers
