Sorry if this has already been covered.

Does anyone know whether the "winning Bristol team" will be at home or away for the final -vs- Doncaster? Presumably it's not been decided yet, and when it is decided, how is it done? Is it just a matter of an official coin toss at Football League HQ?

I would have thought a thumb war, paper/scissors/stone or even an officailly licenced game of 'Think While You Drink' between the respective managers Mrs' would spice the event up a bit.
