Dollymarie Posted February 18, 2007 Posted February 18, 2007 All on four yellows and will get one gamers if they're booked before the end of Feb.I'm not being funny I really don't know. BB (or someone) can you explain why it matters if theyre booked before the end of Feb.
BCFC_Dan Posted February 18, 2007 Posted February 18, 2007 I'm not being funny I really don't know. BB (or someone) can you explain why it matters if theyre booked before the end of Feb.After the end of February players do not receive a ban when they reach 5 yellow cards.
Dollymarie Posted February 18, 2007 Posted February 18, 2007 After the end of February players do not receive a ban when they reach 5 yellow cards. Why the end of February though? Why is Feb any different to any other month. And does that mean the yellows they have accumlated already are wiped out and they start from 0 again.

I would think that they stay on however many cards they have but don't get a ban until they reach 10 (which would be very unlucky having received fewer than 5 in the preceeding 7 months)

Stupid rule and very confusing :noexpression:
Dollymarie Posted February 18, 2007 Posted February 18, 2007 The club should employ someone just to tell us all this confuzzling stuff.
GrahamC Posted February 18, 2007 Posted February 18, 2007 Perhaps it's just me but it seems we have a definite tactic to use get these inevitable bans when it suits us best, McAllister and Carey both managed to get one game of their two match bans used up in the cups, whilst Scotty is now suspended at Brighton when surprise, surprise, obvious alternatives Betsy and Wilson will both be back in contention for us after being cup tied in midweek.I think there is a subtle plan afoot here.

Bristol Boy Posted February 18, 2007 Author Posted February 18, 2007 The club should employ someone just to tell us all this confuzzling stuff.I'll do it!And I only want the mere pitance that Sexstone's on to carry out such an arduos, thankless task
Chivs Posted February 19, 2007 Posted February 19, 2007 I'll do it!And I only want the mere pitance that Sexstone's on to carry out such an arduos, thankless task But you seem as confuzzled as the rest of us.
Bristol Boy Posted February 19, 2007 Author Posted February 19, 2007 But you seem as confuzzled as the rest of us. Even worse when you look at the Football League Official List and Murray isn't on there as suspended..probably not updated yet :noexpression:
