cheshire_red Posted February 22, 2007 Posted February 22, 2007 Honours Even In Dull Dull Dull Derby Draw
cheshire_red Posted February 22, 2007 Author Posted February 22, 2007 Shameless bump for anyone out at work or school all day and no access to otib.
cidercity1987 Posted February 22, 2007 Posted February 22, 2007 Agree fully with that report. 3-4-1-2/3-5-2 or whatever it was might have worked if the two wing backs were more attack minded than Orr and Woodman. On the subject of the referee, I thought he was just about the fussiest I have seen in a long time. I don't think he played advantage once all night and that contributed to a stop start game.
Guest leepeacock's50phead Posted February 22, 2007 Posted February 22, 2007 ahhh, the delights of hindsight.I saw the highlights on the news today and the rovers highlight was a shot that didnt trouble Basso and went wide - Rovers could of made it a better game but their tactics were very defensive
Guest Shadow Posted February 22, 2007 Posted February 22, 2007 That was the most passionless City performance in a derby game I have ever seen, and I've seen a few in my time. Any neutral wouldn't have known it was a derby match. I can't believe we weren't up for it. Very, very disappointed.
