Guest SUPER REDS Posted February 22, 2007 Posted February 22, 2007 To play this system you need two full lbacks to work hard up and down the wings both Wooodman and Orr seemed reluctant to get forward and hardly put a cross in,left us narrow in midfield with no outlets and the two upront isolated,if Johnson keeps this formation work needs to be done on the wings, this formation can work good
Bristol Boy Posted February 22, 2007 Posted February 22, 2007 The names you are looking for are McAllister & Wilson.Last night wasn't 3-5-2.
Nibor Posted February 22, 2007 Posted February 22, 2007 The names you are looking for are McAllister & Wilson.Last night wasn't 3-5-2.McAllister and Murray IMO but yes.Last night was some god awful rubbish with four at the back, a left winger who won't wing, a right winger in the hole, two central midfielders and noone on the right. I hope we don't try that again, it was reminiscent of the Skuse on the wing experiment and a very poor decision.
