To play this system you need two full lbacks to work hard up and down the wings both Wooodman and Orr seemed reluctant to get forward and hardly put a cross in,left us narrow in midfield with no outlets and the two upront isolated,if Johnson keeps this formation work needs to be done on the wings,this formation can work good

McAllister and Murray IMO but yes.

Last night was some god awful rubbish with four at the back, a left winger who won't wing, a right winger in the hole, two central midfielders and noone on the right. I hope we don't try that again, it was reminiscent of the Skuse on the wing experiment and a very poor decision.

And then RL & GJ told us that we played with three central defenders :noexpression: We may well have, but one was playing left back

I reckon GJ lets his missus pick the team some weeks just for a wind up.

And when we made the substitution and had six defenders on te field, plus Basso-then we wonder why we don't look good going forward
