Just like to say welldone to the lads and fans that travelled to Brighton today. A great result considering form of both sides and the magnitude of the game.

It also seem that Noble is beginning to show his class (given the chance) and Brooker and Jevo are starting to perform again after injury etc. The team are just hitting form at the right time and hopeully we will be in the top two soon. How did Smith look?

Brooker was my man of the match. What a difference when he plays like that! Amazing. Noble always looked like he had time on the ball and Orr was there when it mattered. Betsy doesn't look up to the challenge if you ask me, kept losing the ball and didn't try to get it back on numerous occasions. Every other City player looked good. All in all a good win, no rain and got to meet Gary J & Steve L.

a great performance yesterday: a few observations:

-multiple MOM's for me,noble showed class and controlled large parts of the game, louis was totally in control at the back

-good games from fontaine(much improved-back to best) keogh, brooker(getting fitter) and jevo( for obvious reasons)

-very average from wilson and betsey

-smith looked very willing, some nice touches some poor ones but put himself about a lot

-andrews was VERY pissed off about coming off and refused to shake millen's hand ( I was right in front of it)

Did you got to the game? Brooker man of match? Yes he did well, but by no means MOM. That has to go to Keogh or Noble. Also Jevons was outstanding considering his up and down performances this season.

But it has to be said the whole team did extremely well.

I would also like to thank Mr Landsdown and GJ. How many managers and chairman come and thank their fans for making a trip to a sh*t hole where the stand is miles away.

Spoke to GJ too and he talks so much sence, after speaking to him, so glad MS and SP have gone and back him 100%.

GJ cracked me up whe he said "don't worry, they push it forward for the start of the game" (referring to the stand!)

Also, before GJ went to talk to our fans, he hid behind the trailer on the running track with a rolled up piece of paper acting as a telescope, pretending he couldn't see the City fans. Thought that showed a great sense of fun.

On another note, a few of us were a bit closer to the pitch, in the disabled fans area. Although it was a fair way from the pitch, and we were exposed to the elements, it was still a better view than from the wheelchair enclosure at the Atyeo stand, which is actually below the pitch because of the buffer behind the goal. My disabled employer asked me to help him to write a letter to SL (or Colin Sexton)to remind them that when we eventually get round to building a new stand that it caters for disabled fans above pitch-level!
