Robbored Posted February 25, 2007 Posted February 25, 2007 City haven't won a home game since the end of January but have won their last two away games without conceding a goal.Surely that must fill the players with confidence before the match at the Memorial on tuesday night.I also don't think that the gas have anything up front to worry City and they can't play much better than they did at AG whereas City can't be as uninspired as they were last wednesday and can play much better.I predict a 2-0 win.
Guest brizzlenick Posted February 25, 2007 Posted February 25, 2007 Good point, there away form is alot better. I don't think Rovers have a chance, they made the bristol derby at home rubbish because they had 10 players behind the ball and were playing 1 up front.I think they might do the same and push us to penalty's that way they have more of a chance going to cardiff.Up the reds!! we will do it
bartolona Posted February 25, 2007 Posted February 25, 2007 Confident about beating the Gas, City's away form better than home....Funny how things change a couple of months back we could'nt buy an away win. I think the win(performance) at Coventry has given the lads this new found confidence.
CityGill Posted February 25, 2007 Posted February 25, 2007 Very confident but lack of fit wingers a little concerning. Let quality prevail!
Bristol Boy Posted February 25, 2007 Posted February 25, 2007 Rovers best chance, on reflection, was last Wednesday and ruling out another tactical error by GJ in setting the team up, I would agree we should win it.See you there under the marquee, in the bandstand
Bristol Boy Posted February 25, 2007 Posted February 25, 2007 Very confident but lack of fit wingers a little concerning. Let quality prevail! If you haven't got them you can't select them, so GJ needs to get his tactics and formation, spot on.
