He hasn't ever run the line in our games, only been the 4th official , yes, he's a sag, though.

Apparently one of the linesman is from W-S-M and is a well known sag. How the hell can the fooball authorities allow this if its true. :bruce_h4h:

Oh for futs sake, leave it out, if we cant beat them over 2 legs its our fault and NOBODY elses. What do you think the lino's going to do....cheat ? Your trying to make excuses before the games even played.

I think the whole point of this thread was that he shouldnt be an official for this game because he has a conflict of interests, not that he will, or could cheat.

He shouldnt be running line because he lives to near to one (or in this case both) of the Teams.

It happens a lot, ive no problem with it. Players win matches.

Yeah, I know the guy you're talking about, Simon Snartt. I actually work with him and we have shared some 'banter' on occasions...

He truly is a hardcore saghead, but as far as I'm aware he's only ever been a fourth official in one of our games - and that was a friendly!

He is a complete ar$ehole, though.

Well thats encouraging then........ NOT! The FA are the idiots for allowing this to happen

If this is true, he should be replaced, it's another one to add to the conspiracy theory list, along with the very dry looking, waterlogged pitch.

Utter B******s

1. He isn't a driving instructor. His brother is.

2. He supports Spurs. Always has

In case you're wondering how i know ; my son is best mates with his son. Therefore we are also friends with Ron.

He did have a little chuckle at your thread by the way.
