I'm no fan of performance related pay. Surely a good manager will motivate & get the best out of players?

Also, some people/fans have very short memories & it would seem that some players are only as good as their last game.

It's none of the fans business about players bonus, beucause its none of their concern, what matters is simply results and its BCFC's job to ensure the fans expectations are met, i think throwing more money at them would make sod all difference tbh.

yeah i suppose you could ask the board to allocate 2k each month and the fans player of that month get the 2k, that would be fun, but would not influence games in the slightest.

To answer your original question, the only response you could have to show displeasure of any meaning is boycott, actions speak 1000 times louder than words imo (Mr ''13 Cup Finals'' Johnson are you listening??), money's the only spoken language is the reality in the Modern Western World so result dependent pay is the only thing that's going to shake these pisstakers up I'm afraid.

I did have a verocious rant lined up, my blood's been ##### boiling again at times today, but I seem to be calmed just now.

I was flippantly going to suggest too that you could always burn down the academy to show your anguish but thought better of it in the end
