formerly known as ivan Posted April 28, 2007 Posted April 28, 2007 a draw wouldnt of been much better than a defeat under the circumstances.played ok in patches and only a bit of shocking defending made the difference. something that wouldnt of happened had louis been playing.deep down, most people must of expected it to go to the last game. we know what we need to do, now lets do it.we cant choke this time....... can we?

As you say most people including me knew in our water that it would go to last game. I just hope we can be 2-0 up at half time and cruise to a comfortable victory, not sure my nerves could take it otherwise.

Guest Minch Posted April 28, 2007 Posted April 28, 2007 I realise that this is a very self-centred view but (not being able to get to Whitchurch or Millwall) I wasn't able to get too disappointed at our failure to beat Millwall. Listening to City getting promoted by myself next to the radio isn't quite the same as being there. I seem to recall that last time we got promoted without even playing and (unless this is a false memory) remember feeling slightly deflated, that I was cheated out of my moment of celebration.So.... I guess I'm secretly pleased that IF we do get promoted, it'll be at AG and I'll have 19,000 odd other City fans to jump around with. Sorry.
