formerly known as ivan
last time we got promoted, we went up with watford.we spent millions on players, got relegated. watford kept a majority of their team from the year before, with 1/2 new players, and got promoted. they are now an established championship club.moral of the story...just because you sign players, doesnt guarantee you anymore sucess than keeping faith in the ones you have!think about it! tin
They also didn't lose their most influential player at the end of the previous season and not replace him. Come to think of it, they didn't sack their manager three months into the season either!

Benny never had a clue on how to pick a team, or what position to use player. Fans were screaming out week after week about playing too many players out of position. At least in GJ he does know his players, but so did Mr Ward. Players came in for bigger fees.moral of the story..We went up to a much bigger league, the players we bought in were fine, it was because some of the players we had were not upto that level.thought about it!
